How much does CE marking cost? 

First of all, it should be remembered that the CE marking , like the declaration of conformity  are  mandatory to put a product on the market because they certify that your product meets European directives.

The cost of betting  compliance will depend on various factors such as:

• The number of directives to apply

• The size of the machine/device

• The quality and number of documentation present

​

All these parameters vary enormously from one system to another which makes it impossible  to give a universal number.

On the other hand, it is possible to give orders of magnitude for types of devices:

​

• Small electrical appliances: 6,000 - 12,000 CHF

• Medium industrial machine: 10,000 - 25,000 CHF

• Large industrial system: 15,000 - 40,000 CHF
